Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Cancellations due to customer circumstances after the purchase has been completed.
- Cancellations due to customer circumstances after SGP Points have been used.
- Expiration of the SGP Points' validity period (180 days from the date of issuance).
- Inability to use the purchased product due to issues arising from the customer's environment (e.g., internet connectivity, communication issues).
Additional Costs
- Costs related to the purchase of SGP Points, such as internet connection fees, communication fees, and bank transfer fees, are the customer's responsibility. Please contact your respective service providers for details regarding these fees.
Service Provision Upon Payment Confirmation
- Services will be provided once payment has been confirmed for bank transfers, convenience store payments, or other applicable methods.
